DOBA Faculty of Applied Business and Social Studies Maribor invites you to attend the Dynamic Entrepreneurship for Economic Growth - Promoting sustainable growth for the prosperity and new jobs international scientific conference and an international programme committee. The conference will be organised on 7 May 2012 at the DOBA Faculty in Maribor in cooperation with the Ministry of the Economy of the Republic of Slovenia, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia Union of Economists of Slovenia, Association of Employers of Slovenia, The Managers' Association of Slovenia and the Dnevnik publishing house.

Purpose of the conference

With the conference we want:

• To react to the challenges of the environment, which is eagerly awaiting development and growth, while at the same time being aware of the need for a more connected, energy efficient and green economy.
• To facilitate dialogue between the economy and higher education for a comprehensive approach to shaping programmes and content that will help entrepreneurs managing dynamic and fast growing companies to ensure long-term sustainable growth and transition from a small to a professionally managed growing company while at the same time considering sustainable development factors.
• To facilitate interconnections between entrepreneurs in fast growing companies in order to exchange experiences and knowledge, to design and develop joint projects and unite on international markets.
• To facilitate the ambitions of Slovenian entrepreneurs in developing growth strategies and especially niche strategies.
• To show some of the opportunities and incentives for internationalisation of Slovenian companies as a key strategy of company growth in Slovenia and the experiences and requirements of Slovenian entrepreneurs when entering foreign markets.
